Mr. Lal Bahadur Budhathoki is an experienced coffee professional, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Head Barista Instructor at United Technical School. Having worked in the coffee industry since 2012, he has developed extensive expertise across the coffee value chain, from coffee farming and processing to roasting, quality assurance, brewing, and delivering an exceptional cup to customers.
He has also been associated with the National Tea and Coffee Development Board, contributing to the growth and promotion of Nepal's coffee industry. Throughout his career, he has worked with renowned organizations including Himalayan Java, Himalayan Bean Coffee, Eastern Barista, and Roastry, gaining in-depth knowledge of specialty coffee, roasting, coffee quality, and brewing techniques.
As a dedicated trainer, Mr. Budhathoki is passionate about sharing his industry expertise through hands-on training, preparing aspiring baristas with practical skills and industry-standard knowledge.
