Through immersive training, you will gain expertise in key hotel operations and prepare for the Hospitality industry. You will master Front desk operations, handling reservations, check-ins, and guest communication. In Housekeeping, you will learn cleanliness, task organization, and Hotel upkeep. The course also covers food and beverage service, including menu planning, table setup, and service etiquette. Additionally, you will develop Hospitality etiquette and Professionalism, refining the soft skills for guest interactions and industry success. By the end of the course, you will be fully equipped to thrive in the hospitality sector, whether in Hotels, Resorts, Airlines, Cruise ships, etc.
Mr. Nirajan Bhandari is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with a comprehensive background in Hotel Management and Business Administration. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Natham and an MBA from Triveni University. With extensive experience across various sectors, he has worked in the airline industry, where he gained valuable insights into customer service and operational efficiency. He has also held key roles in the hospitality sector, including Hostess Coordinator at multiple hotels in Nepal, where he refined his skills in guest relations and event coordination. Additionally, Nirajun has hands-on experience as an Associate in the Front Desk department of several hotels, overseeing guest services and ensuring smooth operations. His career further extends into the education sector, where he has worked in front office operations at diploma banking colleges in Nepal, broadening his expertise in hospitality management. Nirajun is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experiences to help others succeed in the dynamic hospitality industry.
